PVC elastomer cable materials are a pellet material, which is based on PVC and modified polymer materials and produced by mixing and granulating with accessory ingredients such as plasticizers, fillers (flame retardant), stabilizers and lubricants.

Single screw extruder is used in processing, with the aspect ratio of screw L/D≥20. The recommended reference processing temperature is shown below:

5. Packaging, transportation and storage
Package: net weight of each bag (25±0.2) kg. The inner bag is polyethylene film and the outer bag is craft paper composites.
Transportation and storage: no exposure to sunshine and rain during transportation. It should be stored in clean, cool, dry and ventilated warehouse.
