Thermoplastic Low Smoke Zero Halogen (LSZH) flame retardant cable material for Radiofrequency and leakage cable is a polyolefin-based pellet material which is produced by mixing, plasticizing and granulating with accessory ingredients such as special modifiers, non-toxic and non-halogen flame retardants, antioxidants and lubricants.

4、Processing
general extruder is used in processing with the aspect ratio of Low compression ratio screw L/D≥20. A low compression ratio screw is recommended in order to benefit the extrusion of highly filled halogen flame retardant cable materials. The recommended reference processing temperature is shown below:

5、Packaging, transportation and storage
Packaging:Net weight per bag(25±0.2)kg. The inner bag is aluminum plastic composites and the outer bag is polypropylene woven/polyethylene/craft paper composites.
Transportation and storage:No exposure to sunshine and rain during transportation. It should be stored in clean, cool, dry and ventilated warehouse.
