4Processing

general extruder is used in processing with the aspect ratio of Low compression ratio screw L/D≥20. A low compression ratio screw is recommended in order to benefit the extrusion of highly filled halogen flame retardant cable materials. The recommended reference processing temperature is shown below:

5Packaging, transportation and storage

PackagingNet weight per bag25±0.2kg. The inner bag is aluminum plastic composites and the outer bag is polypropylene woven/polyethylene/craft paper composites.

Transportation and storageNo exposure to sunshine and rain during transportation. It should be stored in clean, cool, dry and ventilated warehouse.
