Thermoplastic low-smoke zero-halogen (LSZH) flame-retardant cable material for radio-frequency and leaky cable is a polyolefin-based pellet material which is produced by mixing, plasticizing and granulating with accessory ingredients such as special modifiers, non-toxic and halogen-free flame retardants, antioxidants and lubricants.

3. Processing
A general extruder is used in the processing with the recommended low compression ratio screw, the length-diameter ratio of which is L/D≥20, thus to better facilitate the extrusion of highly-filled, LSZH flame-retardant cable materials. The recommended reference processing temperatures are shown below:

4. Packaging, Transportation and Storage 
Packaging: The net weight per bag is (25±0.2) kg. The inner bag is aluminium plastic composites and the outer bag is polypropylene woven/polyethylene/craft paper composites. 
Transportation and storage: No exposure to sunshine and rain during transportation. It should be stored in the clean, cool, dry and ventilated warehouse.
